Mahindra & Mahindra launches the all new XUV 3X0 car in 8 variants, priced between ₹7.49 lakhs and ₹15.49 lakhs for the top-spec AX7L variant. It’s Along with a design that’s inspired by Mahindra’s upcoming BE family of electric SUVs, the XUV 3XO gets a major update to its features list (compared to the outgoing XUV300), and also gets a new automatic option for one of the petrol engines.

The base-spec variant of the Mahindra XUV 3XO will come at a starting price of Rs 7.5 lakh, ex-showroom.

The 2024 Mahindra XUV 3XO boasts advanced safety features, including a 360-degree camera with Blind View Monitor, Electronic Stability Control (ESC) with hill hold control and hill descent control. Additionally, it comes equipped with 6 airbags, 4 disc brakes, 3-point seat belts with seat-belt reminder for all seats, and passenger airbag on/off for child safety. The vehicle also offers ISO-FIX child seats with top-tether, among other safety measures.

Mahindra XUV 3XO Specifications

The all new XUV 3XO gets a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine generating 110 PS, a 1.2-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol engine producing 130 PS, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine making 117 PS. These engine options can be paired with either a standard 6-speed manual, an optional 6-speed torque converter for the petrol and 6-speed AMT for the diesel. It has an ARAI claimed mileage of 20.1 kmpl for the manual and 18.2 kmpl for the 6-speed AT variant of the 1.2-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol variant, 18.89 kmpl for the manual and 17.96 kmpl for the 6-speed AT variant of 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine and 20.6 kmpl for the manual and 21.2 kmpl for the AMT variant of the 1.5-litre diesel engine. It measures a length of 3990 mm, width of 1821 mm, height of 1647 mm (with roof rails) and a wheelbase of 2600 mm.

The features list includes a floating 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, panoramic sunroof, 7-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, dual-zone climate control, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, wireless phone charger and rear AC vents. In terms of safety, it gets 6 airbags, Level-2 ADAS, 360-degree camera, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, 3-point seatbelts with reminder for all occupants, and ISOFIX child seat mounts.

Mahindra XUV 3XO Price on Road

XUV 3XO car prices start lower than most compact SUV rivals. The top-specs variant, priced at Rs 15.49 lakh, is priced lower than the Kia Sonet (Rs 7.99 lakh-15.75 lakh) and Tata Nexon (Rs 8.15 lakh-15.80 lakh).

There are nine trim lines on offer – MX1, MX2, MX2 PRO, MX3, MX3 PRO, AX5, AX5 L, AX7 and AX7 L. It is interesting to note that the XUV 3XO automatic range starts as low as Rs 9.99 lakh, while the first XUV variant with a sunroof, the MX2 PRO, starts at Rs 8.99 lakh.
