Former NFL quarterback and Texas Longhorns star Vince Young gets knocked out cold during a bar fight in Houston. A video on social media goes viral and shows Vince Young and three men arguing before he was punched.The incident happened at Tokyo Joe’s Shot Bar in February. According to the Houston Police Department & the owner, the fight started over a conversation about race.

The owner said he got elbowed in the head and had a drink thrown at him. In the footage and twitter viral video shows, you can see Young — wearing a white hat, black shirt and shorts — and another man begin arguing with fellow bargoers … when, suddenly, things turn physical.

A video of former NFL quarterback Vince Young in a Houston bar fight has spread around and this video gained 10.4 million of views on Twitter X.

In the security footage released by TMZ, Young does not appear to throw any punches during the altercation, despite having a drink thrown in his face and being held back multiple times.

No arrests were made and the owner of the bar did not press charges. Young has not yet addressed the incident.

Eyewitness News reached out to the ex-NFL star for comment, but he has not replied. Meanwhile, the manager at Tokyo Joe’s said he wouldn’t be making a comment at this time, but his legal assistant would reach out.

This is an ongoing investigation.

Vince Young is one of the best college quarterbacks ever. He led the Texas Longhorns to the National Championship in 2006 over USC in a game regarded as the best game ever. Young was the MVP of that Rose Bowl game with 467 total yards and 3 TDs including the game winner. He was the Davey O’Brien Award winner that year given to the nation’s best quarterback.
