Jake Dixon hospitalized after major Moto2 crash raises red flag.
Dixon has been taken to the medical center for checks after suffering a high-speed, high-flying crash during Saturday morning’s crucial Qatar Moto2 Practice Session 2.

The CFMoto Aspar Team rider was trying to secure his place in today’s important Moto2 Q2 session, but he suffered a major crash at the fast right-hand turn 13 while setting a fast lap.
The ferocity of the accident was such that Dixon would end up right at the exit of the next corner, forcing the stewards to throw the red flag. Brief television footage shows Dixon was conscious but unable to get up on his own.

A tweet from the CFMoto Aspar Team confirmed that Dixon has been taken to hospital for a CT scan, but early diagnosis suggests there are no broken bones.
