Cyprien Sarrazin suffers brain bleed in Bormio downhill training crash.
The French speed star is “conscious and remains under surveilance” in hospital after suffering a heavy fall in the final training session at the Italian resort.
Sarrazin to undergo surgery after head injury in crash in downhill training on 2026 Olympics slope, after his fall during the Bormio training session this morning, Cyprien SARRAZIN suffered a subdural hematoma. He is currently being kept in hospital in neurological intensive care. Cyprien is conscious and remains under surveillance.
Sarazzin was leading the training run again by more than half a second but came off the jump at an angle and flew sideways, almost landing backward on the hard-packed slope.
