Rajyoga meditation is playing wonderful role to make our heart healthy. It will make you stress free and makes you happy always which keeps our heart healthy.

Rajayoga Meditation-A Powerful Cure For The Heart

Based on the studies done by Brahma Kumaris and the government on this disease, spirituality and modern heart care must be combined to combat the epidemic of heart disease. This was the statement of Dr. Satish Gupta, General Secretary WCCPCI 2015. From that time, this studies and research is going on.

There is a program called 3 Dimensional Healthcare for Healthy, Heart, Mind & Body (CAD Research Project) program in Brahma Kumaris for making the hearts healthy. In this program, the focus is given on the role of meditation, role of exercise, role of proper food and avoidance of tobacco also good, sound and proper sleep are the core factors to make our heart healthy. 3 Dimensional Healthcare for Healthy, Heart, Mind & Body (CAD Research Project)

The main focus of the research has been:

  • Prevention of sudden death, decrease in cardiac morbidity, relief of symptoms like angina, breathlessness, and increase in his/ her work capacity.
  • Restoration of self-confidence, relief of anxiety and depression, adoption to stress restoration, relief of anxiety in pendants and partners
  • Return to work, independence in the actives of daily routine of the elderly,
  • Reduction in direct medical costs, early discharge and early rehabilitation, fewer drugs and fewer re-admissions.

We should be focus on our soul level. E.g. We should be take care of being happy in life. Our lifestyle matters a lot for healthy hearts. We should check our lifestyle, weather it is healthy or unhealthy. We have to make our lifestyle healthy for healthy hearts and healthy mind & body.

Meditation, diet and lifestyle changes may cure your heart disease upto 90%

This has been proved in the Government records, that meditation, diet and lifestyle changes may cure the heart disease upto 90%. Rajyoga meditation has very good results on the same. Lifestyle changes means i.e. early sleep(10 pm around) and early wakeup(4 am). The time of sleep is good. Wakeup early in Brahma Murhut and start meditation(learn in your nearby Brahma Kumaris Centre) and do planning. Do morning walk and exercise after sunrise. You have to start physical exercise by having bath first. You have to take your breakfast on time(8 am to 9 am), lunch(1 pm to 2 pm) and dinner(6 pm to 7 pm) should be early. Have your dinner before 7 pm and do not eat anything after that.

So, it is seen in this research that, if you follow the proper diet, proper sleep. If you follow the proper lifestyle, you can cure your disease. Not only, you can cure heart disease, you can cure every diseases. Even you may change your gene experssion too.

CAD Regression Through Healthy Lifestyle
