How can I control my sadness and negative thoughts?

I am Ravi Kumar and going to share my experience that how did I overcome my sadness and negative thoughts.

Basically, why are people sad? What are the reasons of sadness and negative or waste thoughts? Here, I am making a list of those reasons, you can also add your opinion by commenting in this post.

1. The money issue
2. Relationship issues
3. Someone told something and you did not liked
4. When your life is not going on the track
5. Addictions
6. Emotional disbalance
7. Taunting
8. Dissatisfaction
9. Fear or worry
10. Competitions
11. Comparisons
12. Blaming or Belittling
13. Feeling Jealous
14. Feeling hurt
15. Feeling resentful etc.

How to make out wheather our thoughts are positive or negative?

God says, any thought which disturbs our mind is negative thought which creates negative vibration in our mind and intellect and also spread negative vibration in others too.

What do we want? No body wants to create sadness or negative thoughts. But what do we say?

We don’t want it but it just came. So, why does this happen? So, we need to understand what is the source of my thoughts(energy) ? We need to check it and change it. Information is the most important source of thoughts. 

I used to become sad. I did not the reasons of my sadness.

When I came to know the spiritual knowledge. I have been in contact of Prajapita Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University. And Daily I study here and practice the Rajyoga meditation to imbibe all virtues and remove all vices.

I came to know and try to understand the reasons of my sadness. Why Am I sad? A*nd Why I am having negative thoughts? What are thoughts? Why are thoughts coming? Where are thoughts are generating? What is happiness and what is sadness? Why are emotions are generating?

Everything I came to know and trying to understand these thing in 7 days meditation course of Brahma Kumaris. I am increasing my gyan.

God says “Nothing New”. Then Why are we sad or happy? Why don’t we be same in both situations. God says, we are playing our part in this world drama. God is the director. GOD is giving his teachings to do good karma always.

Here, I am also trying to understand the Sanskara. The person is hurting you, why? What is the reason? What did I do earlier?(Karma Philosophy). I am not going to make this answer so long. I mean to say that We need knowledge of everything and power to accept this things in life.

Meditation Helped me a to control my sadness

I have started the Rajyoga meditation after taking the 7 days course of the Brahma Kumaris. And It has been helping a lot since I started. I have been following this lifestyle and transforming my life. Now I have learned to stop my waste thoughts which is helping me to be happy always.

And, daily spiritual class has been helping me to be positive always. When we fill our mind with the spiritual knowledge, then all negative thoughts are gone. Sewa is giving me inner peace and happiness.
