A federal appeals court on Friday upheld a law requiring TikTok’s Chinese parent company to sell the popular app or face a U.S. ban. According to Fobes The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit denied TikTok’s petition to review the law, after both sides asked for a ruling by Dec. 6, before the nationwide ban’s scheduled January. 19 start date.
